Photos and plans

• Your first 10 photos are free.
• After that, unlimited photos are $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year. In the app, open Settings, then Get unlimited photos, and choose monthly or yearly.
• To switch, open Settings, then Manage photo access. Switch to yearly starts yearly access right away. Switch to monthly starts monthly access when your yearly access renews.
• Without a plan, your records, exports and backups stay yours to open and share.

Lifetime access

Lifetime access isn't sold any more. If you bought it, it keeps working. On a new phone of the same kind, open Settings, then Get unlimited photos, then Restore purchases.

Joining an agency

If an agency adds you, join with the link or the code from its email. See Join with a code.

After you join, CivilStamp asks about the cases you made on your own, like "You have 3 cases of your own. Move them to North Valley Process?" Move them sends them to the agency with their visits. Not now keeps them on your phone, and you can move one later from its menu with Move to.

While you're signed in to an agency, new cases go to the agency. To work on your own again, sign out.

Your records

Back up your records in Settings with Back up records, and restore them on a new phone with Restore from backup. See iPhone and Android.
