For process-serving companies
The office runs cases on civilstamp.com. Servers record each visit on their phone, and it comes back with its photos, ready for the service record and the invoice.
Take cases in
Add a case in a minute, or paste a spreadsheet or drop a CSV file, including exports from ServeManager and Process Server's Toolbox. Duplicates are skipped.
Send them out
Assign from the list or the map. Each name shows its load, like "Pat Lee · 14 open · 3 due today". The server's phone gets a notice with the new cases.
Get the visits back
Each visit arrives with what happened and the stamped door photo, with its time and GPS. Nobody can change a saved visit. The case counts personal attempts, different days and different times. It leaves out a visit the office marks entered in error.
The service record
Each case has one service record: a PDF with the visits, stamped photos, a map, the visit log and each server's declaration. The server signs it on the phone, and you email it to the client from the case.
Clients and invoices
Keep your clients and your price list. Add charges to a case, invoice the client with your own payment link and mark it paid.
Reports and records
See how many cases were served and not served and how many visits were made, for any month or dates, with the cases behind each number. Download CSV files to work out pay, or all your records with their photos.

On your own
The app needs no account. Your records stay on your phone until you share them.
At the door
CivilStamp prints the time, date and GPS under the photo, so nothing in the picture is covered, and keeps the original. Photo Check flags a blurry or dark photo, a missing house number or the wrong spot before you drive off.
Each case
Scan the summons to fill in the case. Each visit adds to the trail: personal attempts, how many different days and times, substituted service, posting and the mailing that follows.
Your service record
One PDF per case with your visits, the stamped photos, a map, the visit log and your declaration. Draw your signature the first time, then sign with Face ID or your fingerprint. Share it with the attorney or the office.
Your day on a map
See every open case on one map. Plan route puts the stops in order with the drive time for each.
