Agencies pay for the people who record visits, not for cases. Servers on their own buy their plan in the app.
For agencies
$15 a month for each person who records a visit
- Never more than $399 a month.
- Owners and office people who record no visits are free. Add as many as you like.
- Start free, with no card. Settings, then Billing, shows when the free period ends.
- Stripe charges the card at the end of each billing month and emails the receipt. Pay by card, Apple Pay or bank account.
- California sales tax goes on top from January 1, 2027.
- No long-term commitment. Agency plans are sold only on civilstamp.com.
On your own
$9.99 a month or $99.99 once
- Your first 10 photos are free.
- No account needed. Buy in the app, from the App Store.
- Working for an agency? Photos on its cases are free, and its plan covers your other photos too.

Someone counts in a month only if they record a visit for the agency that month, whatever their role. A relief server who works one week costs $15 that month and nothing in months they don't work. Before January 1, 2027, there's no sales tax.
