In an agency

Install CivilStamp on the new phone and sign in the way you always do. Your agency's cases come back on their own.

On your own

1. On the old phone, open Settings and tap Back up records. Save the file or send it to yourself.
2. Install CivilStamp on the new phone, open Settings, tap Restore from backup and pick the file. Backups open on iPhone and Android.
3. Confirm Restore backup.
4. If you had a plan, buy it again in the new phone's store, then cancel the old one.

A plan bought from the App Store doesn't carry over to Google Play, or the other way. On the same kind of phone, open Settings, tap Get unlimited photos, then Restore purchases.

Cancel a monthly plan on iPhone in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, in Google Play, then Payments and subscriptions.
