Get started
CivilStamp sets up each agency and invites its first Admin by email. To set up yours, email [email protected].
Set up your agency
- Email [email protected] with your agency's name, whether it's a process-serving company or a sheriff's or marshal's office, and the name and email of the person who'll be its Admin.
- CivilStamp sets up the agency and emails its Admin, with a subject like "Join North Valley Process on CivilStamp". The email has a link and a code.
- Open the link on a computer. It shows your agency and your role, like "Process-serving company · You join as Admin".
- Click Sign in to join, then Continue with Apple, Continue with Google or Continue with email. With an email that has no CivilStamp account yet, you get a code by email, and entering it makes your account.
- CivilStamp joins you to the agency as its Admin and opens Today.
The code works once, until the date in the email. Opening the link doesn't use it up. If it ended, email [email protected] for a new one.
Your first steps
Today shows three first steps. Each goes away when it's done.
- Add your office details: your office address and phone, in Settings. They go on your reports with your logo.
- Add your people: your office staff and servers, on Team. See Add your team.
- Add your first case: on Cases, click New case, or import a spreadsheet of cases.
Your agency's type
A process-serving company's reports close with a declaration. A sheriff's or marshal's office's reports close with a Certificate of service. Only CivilStamp can change the type: email [email protected].
Your agency's price is agreed with CivilStamp. See Billing.
