Add your team with a code

1. On civilstamp.com, open Team and click Add a person.
2. Enter their name and pick Owner, Office or Server. Add their email or phone if you have it.
3. CivilStamp shows their code: 8 letters and numbers. Click Copy to text it to them, or Email code.
4. They open CivilStamp on their phone, or civilstamp.com, and choose Join with an agency code.
5. They enter the code, then pick how they'll sign in next time.

A code works once and lasts 7 days. If it ends or gets lost, click New code on their row. The old code stops working.

Cancel takes someone off the list before they join. Once a person signs in on their own, with a password, passkey, Apple or Google, they don't need a code again.
