See your billing

1. On civilstamp.com, open Settings, then Billing.
2. The first line is your price and how it's paid, like "$450 a month, paid by card."
3. The next line says where billing stands, like "Next bill Nov 15, 2026."
4. Under Bills, each bill shows its date, amount and status: Paid, Due, Unpaid, Void or Written off. View opens it and PDF downloads it.

Pay or manage billing opens Stripe's page, where you change the card or the billing email and see past bills.

While your agency is complimentary, Billing says "Complimentary." or "Complimentary until Nov 1, 2026.", and nothing is billed.

Paying by card

Before the first bill, Billing says "Billing starts Nov 15, 2026. Add a card before then." Click Add a card and enter the card on Stripe's page. Back on Billing, it says "Card added. It shows here within a minute."

Stripe charges the card for each bill and emails the receipt.

Paying by invoice

Stripe emails each bill to your billing email, with a page to pay it by card or bank transfer. The price line says when bills are due, like "$4,800 a year, paid by invoice. Each bill is due 30 days after it's sent."

An unpaid bill

Billing and Today tell Admins: "A bill is unpaid. Pay it by Dec 15, 2026 to keep adding cases." Click Pay with the amount, like Pay $450.00, to pay it now.

After 30 days unpaid, new cases wait: "A bill is unpaid, so new cases wait. Pay it to add cases again." Nobody in the agency can add cases until it's paid. Everything else keeps working, and nothing is deleted.

A new price

A new price starts with the next bill. Past bills don't change.

Ending

To end billing, email [email protected]. It ends at the end of the period you've paid for, and Billing says "Billing ends Dec 15, 2026. Nothing is billed after that."

A bill that's still unpaid can be paid after billing ends: click Pay with the amount on Billing.
