A lost or stolen phone
Sign out everywhere, and the lost phone loses its access within the hour.
- Sign in at civilstamp.com, or in CivilStamp on another phone.
- Open Settings, then Account, and choose Sign out everywhere.
- If you can't sign in, ask an owner to remove you on Team. The phone stops getting the agency's cases.
- If your two-step codes were only on that phone, email us from your account's email. We reset two-step once we know it's you.
Waiting visits stay on the lost phone. If you find it, open CivilStamp and they send. To erase it, use Find My on iPhone or Find Hub on Android.
On your own, your records are only on the phone. Restore your last backup on the new one. See iPhone and Android.
