The free period and your bill

1. On civilstamp.com, open Settings, then Billing. The plan line shows when the free period ends, like "Free until Oct 26".
2. Click Add a card before that date to keep adding cases after it. Today reminds owners in the last two weeks.
3. Your first billing month starts the day after the free period ends. Billing shows the month so far, like "Oct 26 – today: 6 people · $90", with their names.
4. When the month ends, Stripe charges the card and emails the receipt.

Who counts

• Anyone who records a visit for the agency that month, whatever their role.
• Owners and office people who record no visits are free.
• People who left still count for the months they recorded visits.
• A visit that reaches the office after that month's bill is made is free.

Manage billing opens Stripe's page, where you change the card and the billing email and see past bills.

If there's no card when the free period ends, the plan ends: new cases pause, visits keep arriving and nothing is deleted. Add a card to start again.
