For process-serving companies
The office runs cases on civilstamp.com. Servers record each visit on their phone. The visits come back with their photos, ready for the service record and the invoice.
Take cases in
Add a case in a minute, or paste a spreadsheet or drop a CSV file, including exports from ServeManager and Process Server's Toolbox. Duplicates are skipped.
Send them out
Assign from the list or the map. Each name shows its load, like "Pat Lee · 14 open · 3 due today". The server's phone gets a notice with the new cases.
Get the visits back
Each visit arrives with the stamped door photo, the time and GPS, and what happened. Saved visits can't be edited in CivilStamp. The case keeps count of personal attempts, different days and different times.
The service record
Each case has one service record: a PDF with the visits, stamped photos, a map, the visit log and each server's declaration. The server signs it on the phone, and you email it to the client from the case.
Bill the client
Add charges from your price list, invoice the client with your own payment link and mark it paid.
Reports by server and client
See how many cases were served and not served and how many visits were made, for any month or dates, with the cases behind each number. Download CSV files to work out pay.
Your team
Owners run everything, including billing. Office people handle every case and add servers. Servers see only the cases assigned to them. You add each person on Team, and they join with a one-time code on the phone or the website.
$15 a month for each person who records a visit, never more than $399. Office people who don't serve are free. Pricing
