Delete your account

Deleting your account erases your sign-in and your details. Visits you sent stay with your agency.

In CivilStamp on your phone, or on civilstamp.com, open Settings, then Account.
Choose Delete account and confirm. If you sign in with Apple, Apple asks once more.
Waiting visits are sent first. Then your sign-in and details are erased.

Visits you sent stay with your agency, under the name saved in them. Your open cases go to No server yet.
An agency's last owner has to make someone else an owner first.
If you're the only person in the agency, the agency is deleted too, with its cases, visits and photos. Its card is removed from Stripe, and there's no bill for the unfinished month.
On your own, you have no account. Delete all records in Settings removes your records from the phone.
