A code didn't come
CivilStamp emails sign-in codes from [email protected]. Agency codes come from your office.
A code from CivilStamp
- Wait a minute, then check Junk or Spam.
- Search your email for [email protected].
- Check the email address you typed. A sign-in code goes only to an address that has a CivilStamp account.
- Ask for a new code, and use the newest one.
A code from your agency
- Ask the office for a new code. On Team, they click New code on your row, then Copy, and text it to you.
- Use the newest code. The old one stops working.
If you hide your email with Apple, codes still reach you through Apple's relay.
